Today, May 16, 2014, I had the opportunity to redeem my purchase and it was more than a bargain. I’ve had many massages over the past twenty-five years or so and I must say this was so much more. Five minutes into the intro I knew this session was going to be all-encompassing and it was. I felt very comfortable and open to the conversational exchange and looked forward to starting it and going with the flow.

During the massage session I felt like I was totally involved in the process. I could actually breathe into the pressure points he was focusing on and help release the stress and strain and it worked time after time with each problem area. I felt very connected to what was happening because I was helping myself. It was a nice feeling of empowerment and the energy kept flowing.

At the end of the session I felt relaxed, very calm yet very energized. I just felt like something had changed in my body systems and it was for the better. I left feeling very peaceful and more aware of myself and my environment.

I plan to schedule another session to continue the journey and the obvious progress. I am a 69-year old retired female and I do exercise, practice a little Yoga and am a true believer of body/mind/spirit unity and awareness. Today’s opportunity reinforced the power and wonder of it all and I am grateful for the experience.
